Senior Backend Engineer

CONNACT helps technology companies establish, manage and optimize their multi-cloud partnership lifecycles with the leading cloud providers; AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP.

We focus on increasing top-line revenue by building  scalable sales funnels that utilize the cloud providers’ strong sales and partnership networks, programs, and brand.

As part of our rapid growth, we are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our team. You will be a part of CONNACT’s R&D team, bringing to life the first ever Cloud Partnership Platform. Working with a talented and agile core team, you will have the opportunity to grow with us and build an incredible product.

Responsibilities

• Join our development team and take a major part in our entire development cycle – architecture, design, development and deployment.
• Deliver frequent product deployments in a high-quality and well-structured code.
• Collaborate with the product team to design and launch new features.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of coding experience in Node JS and 5 years as Backend Developer
• Strong knowledge of our stack –React, NodeJS and PostgreSQL.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with building production-level, secure web systems.
• High standards for code quality, testing, performance, debugging and monitoring.
• Excellent knowledge developing scalable and highly available Restful APIs using NodeJS technologies
• Strong grasp of Git.
• Experience with DevOps tools – Dockers, CI/CD – advantage.
• Experience with AWS – advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team player who is eager to be an early adopter of new technologies.
