HR Manager

CONNACT helps technology companies establish, manage, and scale their cloud partnerships with leading hyperscale’s such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.

We are looking for an HR Manager to own and lead the people domain at CONNACT – a hands-on role, working closely with leadership and the business, supporting a growing, multidisciplinary and partially global team.

As HR Manager, you will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on recruitment, manager support, and building scalable HR foundations for a growing tech company.

This is a practical, business-oriented HR role, working closely with founders, managers, and team leads.

· Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles

· Partner with managers on hiring, onboarding, performance, and employee development

· Lead core HR processes, including:

o Onboarding & offboarding

o Performance reviews

o Compensation processes

o Employee engagement and retention

· Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and managers

· Build and maintain HR policies, processes, and compliance with Israeli Labor law

· Support a hybrid and partially remote team environment

· Strengthen company culture while supporting growth and organizational change

· 3+ years of experience as an HR Manager / HRBP / People Partner

· Strong hands-on experience in recruitment, preferably in tech or SaaS companies

· Proven experience working closely with managers and leadership

· Ability to work independently and own HR processes end-to-end

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Solid understanding of Israeli Labor law

· Fluent Hebrew and English

· Experience in a startup or fast-growing environment

· Experience supporting global or distributed teams

· Background in building HR processes from scratch or scaling existing ones

· Be a key partner to leadership in shaping the company’s growth

· Work in a cloud-native, tech-driven environment
