Junior Engineer

Our mission is to drive top-line revenue growth by building scalable sales funnels that leverage the cloud providers’ extensive networks, programs, and global reach.

We’re looking for a Junior Engineer to help build the next generation of flow’s integration platform. You’ll work closely with senior engineers on AI-powered automation features, intelligent workflows, and seamless integrations that power cloud co-sell for tech companies worldwide. This is a growth-oriented role where you’ll gain hands-on experience with modern cloud-native systems and contribute to a production platform as it scales.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and development of backend services and APIs using TypeScript and Node.js
  • Develop and maintain NextJS applications with guidance from senior engineers
  • Assist in building AI-powered features including automation workflows and system optimizations
  • Create, maintain and enhance CRM integrations and Cloud Marketplace connectivity
  • Work with structured data, APIs, and event-driven systems
  • Contribute to cloud-native solutions across AWS, with exposure to GCP and Azure
  • Learn to manage containerized applications and orchestration with Kubernetes (K8s)
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and security best practices
  • Contribute to technical documentation and implementation decisions
  • Work closely with Product, QA, and development teams to deliver seamless user experiences

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of professional software development experience (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Understanding of SDLC practices and basic release processes
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript
  • Hands-on experience with Node.js for backend development
  • Interest or initial experience with AI/ML technologies, automation, or LLMs
  • Basic familiarity with Kubernetes (K8s) or containerized environments
  • Experience with AWS, with exposure to GCP and/or Azure as a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to DevOps or Platform Engineering concepts (CI/CD, infrastructure as code)
  • Any experience with Salesforce, HubSpot or other CRM APIs
  • Familiarity with cloud marketplaces
  • Experience experimenting with AI tools, LLMs, or automation workflows
  • Basic knowledge of observability tools
  • Interest in scalable data systems
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS, cloud GTM, or partner ecosystems
  • Curiosity around Generative UI
