We focus on increasing top-line revenue by building scalable sales funnels that utilize the cloud providers’ strong sales and partnership networks, programs, and brand. As part of our rapid growth, we are looking for a Knowledge Manager to join our team.
The Knowledge Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective knowledge management strategies to enhance organizational efficiency and decision-making. They capture and organize knowledge, promote collaboration, deliver training programs, and measure performance to ensure continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement knowledge management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Capture and document critical knowledge and best practices.
- Organize and classify knowledge for easy access and retrieval.
- Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams.
- Deliver training programs to educate employees on knowledge management.
- Continuously improve knowledge management processes.
- Ensure the security and governance of knowledge assets.
- Engage with stakeholders and provide strategic advice.
- Measure and communicate the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in knowledge management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of knowledge management principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze information and drive organizational change.
- Marketing copywriting ability — a plus.
